Custom orders are welcomed and encouraged. I enjoy the challenge of creating a piece that someone else already has in mind. Prices of custom orders vary on quality and cost of materials and cost of labor.

Payments
Payments accepted: Cash, Credit or Debit via PayPal**, Payments via check will be required to clear prior to delivery of products.
Custom order payments
Once an order has been placed and product is complete an email with the price and pictures of the product will be sent to ensure your satisfaction. Once you are satisfied with the piece another email will be sent requesting payment via PayPal, which will allow payment options as previously listed. Hand delivery and cash payments may also be arranged via email or phone communication.
Payment will include Shipping and Handling charges.
If payment is not made within 7 days of sent invoice the item may be posted for sale. Please contact me to make arrangements to pay later than the 7 day period.

Shipping and Handling
**Please note that Shipping and Handling is not included in listed sale price.
Shipments will be sent out the following Saturday of cleared payment. Once item has been shipped an email containing the tracking number(s) will be sent to email address provided. Products will be shipped viaUnited States Postal Service. Pricing for Shipping and Handling is based on standard USPS rates.
No Shipping and Handling charges will apply to products personally delivered.
Refunds and Returns
All sales are FINAL and non-refundable. Descriptions regarding length and materials are posted with each picture.
I take every precaution when packaging items. Each item is wrapped individually in tissue paper and is mailed in bubble mailers. For larger orders each item is wrapped in bubble wrap and mailed a box.
Once the Post Office accepts the package to be shipped VBrownAdornments is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
